Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Dr.Trent
Dr. Trent Files Notice of Intent Against School Board

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Timothy Trent. The class consists of employees of the Globe Unified School District employed within the last two years.
Amongst the multiple allegations’ listed in the 47 Page Law Suit, the plaintiffs allege that Trent engaged a campaign of harassment, fear and intimidation against employees. That Trent kept a list of people he did not like, targeting them for harassment, mistreatment, forced resignation or humiliation.
Dr. Trent, who in his absence, was place on administrative leave on June 25, has also filed a Notice of Intent to file a lawsuit against the School Board. Trent alleging amongst other things, Breach of Contract and Defamation of Character.
