Next End Photo Radar Meeting
Wed. Feb. 8 at Guyos on the Trail 5:30 | There will be an end photo radar meeting on Wednesday, February the 8th at Guyos on the Trail beginning at 5:30. At that meeting we will be coordinating our activities for the February 13th Globe City Hall meeting in which the citizens will demand that council end the contract with Reflex. According the contract between Redflex and the City of Globe it would require a 2/3 vote by the council to remove the cameras. If they refuse to remove the camera, then the voters remove them during the next election. It’s that simple, at least it should be. At the meeting on the 8th we’ll figure out who wants to speak, who wants to stay in their car, who wants to help fill the park outside the meeting. Together we can reignite the power of the majority and start returning the service of our local government to the people. For more information call 928-961-2700.

| Help Find Stolen DJ Equipment
I'm Big John and I have a disturbing issue. I am now a victim of felony burglary. When I parked my vehicle, I noticed something strange. My Wells TC461 4X6 trailer was missing from my yard. The trailer had a wheel lock that had to be difficult to remove.
Inside the trailer was equipment that I use to perform with at Outdoor events. This includes two JBL 18 inch Subs, Two B-52 18 inch full range speakers. Two JBL EON 15 inch speakers. Two QSC high power amplifiers, numerous lighting fixtures, tables, a gator box of accesories that include color coded microphone cables, a small shure mixer, di-boxes, power cords, speaker wires, headset, and more. There was also a case of sennheiser and shure microphones.
Losing all of this equipment is a set back. I consider having this equipment to be a blessing because it makes people happy. Most of it was used for special events, family events that I was proud to be a part of. If anyone knows any information about this trailer or the equipment inside of the trailer, or has seen a white Wells TC461 4X6 trailer, Please call Miami Police Department or the radio station, KQSS at (928) 425-7186. |

A number of persons have already taken out candidate petitions as interest in this year’s election are growing, particularly because of the Presidential contest.

Arizona Law Regarding Photo Radar Citations
28-1602. Photo enforcement violation; no duty to identify photo or respond; definitions
A. Notwithstanding any other law, if a person receives a notice of violation in the mail for a violation of chapter 3, article 3 or 6 of this title or of a city or town ordinance for excessive speed or failure to obey a traffic control device that is obtained using a photo enforcement system, the person does not have to do either of the following:1. Identify who is in the photo.
2. Respond to the notice of violation.B. The notice of violation that is described in subsection A of this section must state the following:1. The notice is not a court issued document and the recipient is under no obligation to identify the person or respond to the notice. 2. Failure to respond to the notice may result in official service that may result in an additional fee being levied.C. For the purposes of this section:1. "Notice of violation" means a notice issued by a photo enforcement company or municipality that is not a uniform traffic ticket or complaint.2. "Photo enforcement system" has the same meaning prescribed in section 28-601. |
